accquired assets illegally by cheating the goverment

I would like to draw the attention of the concerned officials from Income tax and civil supplies department towards the persons who acquired assets illegally. Corruption is not restricted to paying bribe. I consider all other activities which is not performed in a legal way and cheating the Government as corruption. Following are the persons. 1.    N. Chandran – Advocate, residing at 82/2, Nagupillai thoppu, New Mahalipatti Road, Madurai – 625001, Tamil Nadu. 2.    C. Indhurani – Teacher in a Government school, wife of N. Chandran. 3.    N. Muthuramalingam – Incharge of a Kerosene bulk, brother of N. Chandran 4.    N. Meenal – House wife, Sister of N. Chandran. I have a detail complaint against all the above four persons. As mentioned, N. Muthuramalingam has worked as an Incharge of a kerosene bulk which is meant for civil supplies located in Mahalipatti Road, Madurai. Muthuramalingam along with his sister N. Meenal illegally sold the kerosene which is supposed to be supplied to the ration card holders for a very high price at the out market. Through this, they earned atleast 1 lakh rupees every month. With this amount they have owned lot of properties (all in under values) in the street of Nagupillai thoppu, New Mahalipatti Road, Madurai. N. Meenal and C. Indurani have lended this amount to the persons in need for a very high interest. When they struggle to pay it back, they were threatened to sell their property, either a house or land, to them at an under rated value. Persons who refused were tortured and threatened of claiming the lives of them and their family. Considering their family, the poorers who borrowed money from N. Meenal and C. Indurani sold their house for a rate fixed by them. In this way too, they have earned lot of money and both movable and immovable assets. The advocate N. Chandran is the legal advisor to N. Meenal, C. Indurani and Muthuramalingam and teaches them all cunning ways to escape from the police and the government.  It should also be noted C. Indurani belongs to MBC community, but she joined in the government job under SC/ST quota by producing a fake community certificate. Again advocate N. Chandran is the brain behind all these illegal activities.   Severe action should be taken against all these people and the assets and Goverment job they obtained in the illegal way should be seized.   Regards N.
