Bsnl cheating in the name of 'recharge / topup'. Mob no 9403347136 was recharged for Rs50/-. First sms from BZ-CTOPUP read ur bsnl a/c is credited with Rs50 as recharge from 9420507189 on 22/10/2011 at 08:41:18 PM hrs. Ref no 90689314. Second sms flashed from BZ-BSNL Mob read ' u have credited ur DATA Pack with 0Gb 102Mb 410kb valid until 29/10/2011'. On calling the customer care from retailer's shop & explaining that instead of talktime crediting they had credited some data pack with 0Gb , they concluded that no revert work can be done & I have to pay again for talktime credit by using bsnl's wiser word of topup. My handset is ordinary nokia 3320 & not a multimedia. Several people r being cheated by bsnl, their service providers & retailers who r hand in glove!
