Now I do have a problem.  I had purchased Plot No.90 at Makhmalabad, Nasik in January 2008 from Subhadra developers.  They promised that I would have the 7/12 extract within two months of purchasing the plot.  I have not received this extract even now.  Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC) informed me that the developer has not adhered to certain requirements and therefore they are not letting him give the 7/12.  The developer claims that NMC is harassing him in spite of him having paid all charges. What should I do?  The money I paid has brought me no returns and I have lost interest on the same, which would have accrued had I left the amount in the bank.  I can not build a bungalow on the plot which was my original intention and I can't sell the plot.  This is a dead loss!
