First of all I would like to congratulate for this initiative. Its great. Since India is big and has huge population and huge corruption, you may get lot of complaints and your website should be able to tackle that problem. Just a suggestion, you might be knowing that because you made it.
My complaint is generic rather specific.
Sanitary inspectors are taking bribes, extra money in the name of documentation charges, for birth certificate. It varies depending on the person who is applying for Birth certificate. If the person is educated and well dressed, the charge is like 200 rs. If the applicant is not well dressed and belongs to rural area it may cost more. If the situation is such that the applicant wants the Birth Certificate urgently, the charges can go up to 2000-2500. Almost, all sanitary inspectors in Visakhapatnam and other cities follow this strictly and surprisingly people are happy to "Give" because they have no other option and/or are unaware of the fact that the actually charge is only 30 rs for one copy and 50 rs for two copies of Birth certificate.
As we all know that knowledge is power, please include some option on your website to make people aware of such truths as I mentioned above. It will help people to make informed decisions. Here, we have to keep one more thing in Mind, the penetration of Internet in India is very very less compared to mobile phones. So make provisions to spread awareness through mobile telephony also.
