Kolkata : KMC(Kolkata Municipal Corporation), the only TEMPLE OF CORRUPTION in India where Cheating and Forgery is Officially Legally Morally elevated to a level where Criminals are protected by KMC itself instead of punishing them.

All said and understood but nobody mentioned why KMC has created this LOOPHOLE to protect the Criminals who are CORDIALLY INVITED by KMC with assurance that KMC will never prosecute them???
