Kolkata : Comments on - HOW TO ACQUIRE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY IN KOLKATA FREE!!!

Being a journalist, One of the best "INVESTIGATIVE JOURNALISM" i ever came across and that too from a student of journalism.
Its a most SHOCKING revelation UNEARTHED by your such wonderful article that is created for your Paper in investigative journalism.
Reading this article, I have following QUERY to this Kolkata Municipal Body (KMC) and I hope KMC has the legitimate answer to justify such RIDICULOUS PRACTICE of avoiding DUE DILLIGENCE and Collect Revenue at any cost, be it at the expense of sacrificing the TRUTHFUL LANDLORDS from whom KMC collect taxes every year as its bread n butter.
Hereafter, I refer the below mentioned "KMC PRESCRIBED Proforma of Declaration in Stamp Paper / Affidavit" as SHIELD simply because it has super power to hide all ILLEGAL/CRIMINAL act of any individual.

1.
Can a Govt. Office CREATE such SHIELD to legalize ILLEGAL/CRIMINAL(Duping a Govt Office with Fake documents is a criminal offence) act of any INDIVIDUAL applying for CE?

2.
Can a Govt. Office use such SHIELD to safeguard its RIDICULOUS PRACTICE of accepting any documents (be it FAKE or TRUE) without DUE DILLIGENCE?

3.
Can a Govt. Office use such SHIELD to justify its SELF-CREATED LEFT-OPEN LOOPHOLE that can be used to DUPE the same Govt. Office (KMC) itself?

4.
Can any Govt. Office use such SHIELD to PENALISE truthful landlord by forcibly dragging them into never ending litigation simply because the same Govt. Office (KMC) can earn revenue and that too without the HASSLE of verifying any documents?

If answer to above Queries are "YES" ; then KMC must be rewarded for PIONEERING SUCH  GOLDEN CONCEPT which will save MASSIVE amount of HUMAN LABOUR and all GOVT. OFFICES will be free to accept any damn documents (be it FAKE or TRUE), provided the great SHIELD is CREATED for every business transaction.

Moreover, there should be a NATIONAL LEVEL PRESENTATION of such SHIELD so that other STATES get a FAIR CHANCE to understand and adopt such wonderful practice in their offices!!!

Above all, why wait for NATIONAL LEVEL PRESENTATION, its HIGH TIME Kolkata Govt should start implementing this SHIELD in all its offices ASAP, specifically in the below given example of  RTO and KMC Mutation Dept where Ownership of Cars/Houses/Flats/Land will change on the fly overnight , raking in HUGE REVENUE to KMC, never mind even if it brings SLEEPLESS NIGHTS to truthful owners.

Finally, thanks to this platform that reveal not only such CORRUPTION at Govt Level but also expose how a Govt Office can create a SHIELD to protect the same corrupt practice.
