This is to bring to your attention the illegal sale of Open Car Parking by RNA builders (NG) at NG Regency Balkum, Thane. I am owner of flat no. 301 in building no. 5 of NG Regency, Balkum Thane. At the time of booking the flat, Mr. Rahul Pandey from Sales office lured me into buying Open Car Parking space for Rs. 1 Lakh. He had mentioned to me that this space would be included in the Agreement that would get registered. However, only the amount 1 Lakh was mentioned in the cost value of the flat. It was not mentioned that 1 Lakh was paid for Open Car Parking. They just issued me a letter on a letter head of RNA builders NG indicating that a parking slot bearing a certain number has been assigned to me. However, neither in any of the receipt they issued nor in the sale agreement there is any mention of amount paid for Open Car Parking. I know that I cannot file a legal case against this builder because there is no receipt or document that states that I paid for Open Car Parking. However, you can still investigate this and find out that they are still charge customers for Open Car Parking. My total cost value for the flat including Open Car Parking, Stamp duty and Registration is approximately Rs. 37 Lakhs. However, the flat that was handed over to me is of poor quality. Overall work done is of very poor quality. Non standard and poor quality electric fittings have been used. Bathroom and toilet door frames are of poor quality wood and they have not been fitted properly.
