Income tax refund order not received

Respected Sir's,

        
My name is Manohar D Rahul (a retired bank officer in Vijaya Bank, Mumbai (PAN No:-AFBPR7029A)).
    
My Income tax refund order not received for the year 2007-2008 and 2008-2009.

I submitted refund order to sri. Mr. Dave Charted accounted from virar(W) Mumbai.
I informed and inquired personally to him. He had replied that there is a ghotala
and he received from me Rs.1000/- for taking refund order cheque from the concerned income
tax department to, give concerned staff but up till now i have not received refund order.

Please take necessary action.
