hi,
there is an illegal suit filed against my mum in the pondicherry court,more than 3 years, 70 years old mum walking continuously to the court.
the case prayer is my mum is physically mentally not fit to manage her property,therefore requested injunction.moreover in the suit my mum is the one of the respondent.
according to the Indian court law,they must not file a suit against a physical and mental ability lost person.without a quardian a suit cannot file in anywhere in India.
Indian civil court has not the right to judge persons physical and mental abilities
without a tittle or manner or share no one must not claim for injunction, its been banned by order 2 rule 2 of CPC.
here my mum is 70 years old residing alone with very good physical and mental well being.
one of my elder sister filed this illegal suit on my mum with the intention of killing by increase physical and mental stress to my mum.
moreover my mum never missed a hearing but the judges ill treating my mum.
i made the complaint to president of India and justice of India.but no use.my mum made the complaint to home minister and Chennai high court vigilance.but no use.
every court has autonomous right,moreover pondicherry court has not the internet facility,no cctv,no case update notice board,no entry register.these are the advantages for corruption people.
finally i started my personal investigation.i found whole pondicherry courts are in fully corruption.all the court staff including court office staff had all the loan in their wages to invest in the properties,95% receiving only 2000 rupees wages per month because of their loan.for the extra income, full court is on corruption.from peon to judge all the court staff fully on corruption.
specially,previous sarisdar name muniraj has been experienced high corruption.in his period he filed lot of illegal suit.he received corruption money in between 10000 to 50000 rupees per case according to the suit value and the plaintiff economical status.he saved nearly 50 crores properties on his name and his binami name.
murugan a bench clerk who is at present working in pondicherry ASJ court is the number one corruption person in pondicherry court.
he received corruption money in between 2 lac to 6 lac rupees to issue the false judgements by using expartie order.because he is the mediator in between judges and convince of the opposite party advocates.he used 50% corruption money to judges and advocates to issue the false judgement.
this murugan enter in the court job at his 18 years old as the compassionate cateogry followed by his father's death.now he served 28 years to save the corrupted money in the court as a bench clerk.his properties worth nearly 40 crores,some property on his binami name.now he buliding one more four storey apartment by using the corruption money.
moreover, a sankararaman murder case victim filed a writ in the high court that judge ramasamy from pondicherry court received a corruption money to issue the false judgement,victim requested for vigilance enquiry,victim submit audio evidence of judge conversation.but the highcourt bench just passed the order to change the court.judge ramasamy has not been punished.no enquiry on him.
where my mum case running ASJ court,judge leelavathi experiencing corruption through murugan to issue the false judgement,she is now ready to issue the false judgement.she is not afraid of the high court vigilance,because she could easily escape by using her husband name.her husband is judge in chennai high court.
so overall non stop corrption.lot of people became victim of the all pondicherry courts.no justice.
now i referred my mum case is the best example for media,wikileaks,united nation human rights and chief justice of India, supreme court.we can see the outcome within 3-4 weeks.
i have refer my mum case to the barrister to file the international human rights court.because justice is on sale in pondicherry court.
people believe they can get justice,if justice is on sale for the corruption,where they can get justice.tottally 98% cases justice on sale for corruption,only 2% is genuine.
when will be India become corruption free India.i have important audio cd which content full information of pondicherry court corruption.
if it possible notify this matter to CBI anti corrption unit.
i have a plan to publish this news to all the medias.because strong statement on hand as a audio CD.
