Traffic Police Officer Balbir Singh ASI traffic Police Ludhiana ,, 13 Oct 2011 2 to 3pm, He was fully drunken on duty at old court road ,, and was demanding 1000rs from every person , even after having all the documents.He was abusing everyone very badly
