sir,the RTO officers in pune are earning monthly approx. 38-39 lacs by taking bribes.A single truck owner pays approx. 5000rs a month to  ply his truck overload. there are 500 such trucks which pass and enter through pune.inspite of supreme courts verdict not to ply overload the offence is being commited through these RTO officers.there are agents being recruited by thes RTO's for the collection.this is a statewise scam running in a multicrore scam.states like kerala,tamil nadu,andhra,karnataka,gujrat,etc are strictly following the rule.but in maharashtra (esp. pune)rampant corruption exists.Its a great loss to NHAI and crores to ntional exchequer. due to this overloading the highways and internal roads get damaged which are the states backbone of infrastructure.thus it is obvious that the scam is being run by the concerned ministers alongwith these RTO's.there are 45 RTO offices in maharashtra and the same is prevalent in each of these offices.for further details contact us on the above email id.thankyou.
