infosys rule it happens after joining but it should happen before
joining because on any discrepancy happens that candidate gates affect
and his carrier gates spoil and also company's money gets west to
train candidate.
I had same problem with infosys that's why I am facing a lot off
problems. I did mistake in joining formalities but that mistake could
gate conceder but HR didn't agree, my Manager, Operation Manager and
Process HR were agreed but main HR didn't agree.
Because of my resign the Region which I was working on it got affected
my Clint got affect but still company didn't agree. So I feel this was
injustice with me but I was unable to do anything regarding this.
That's why I am sending this mail to CORRUPTIONFREE INDIA and hoping
that something action will be taken? I am sending this mail to be a
part of CORRUPTIONFREE INDIA.
