Illegal construction in Mulund

This is to bring to your kind notice about the illegal construction going on beside 'O' building, Vardhman Nagar without having any motive against the Jain Religion.We are not against any religion but Lord hyas given no right to any person to build illegally. This land is part/ moeity of large property /land bearing C.T.S. No 878A and survey no.307, Hissa No2 Village Muln(W), Taluka Kurla, District Mumbai Suburban, situate at Agfa Quarters, Dr Rajendra Pratap Road, Mulund(W), Mumbai 400080, assessed under "T" Ward No/ Street Nos T2507 (2A-4 and 5) 2AA. The said Bhagwan Vardhman Shwetamber Murtipujak Tapagachha Jain Sangha, a public trust registered under the Bombay Public trust Act, 1950 bearing registration No A4256 dated 24.01.2005 has already constructed an illegal temple and are now costructing illegal Upasray in the residential area.

The Sangha had taken permission for renovation and alteration and flouted all the rules and demolished the existing structure. They have not left any space between the adjoining building and are affecting the existing pillars and ventilation of 'O ' Building. They have used all sorts of things to curt our actions against them. So we have already registered an NOC against them in the police and also Fire brigade. According to ongoing construction, they are moving as fast as they can to show the said premises is under going repair work and not reconstruction

We have already made complaints to BMC and have orders to take action against BMC Act and MRTP Act which was issued on 2n Feb,2011 instead of initiating action building proposal department without verifying the facts have authorized and approved IOD for Alteration and Repairs with discrimination of redevelopment . We have already sent many a notices, since there has been no action taken by the said authorities, we have to escalate these matter to the last resort. They feel that they are the LAW by themselves.

We have lost all hopes of stopping the construction work due to the clout of the Bhagwan Vardhman Shwetamber Murtipujak Tapagachha Jain Sangha on BMC, Police and all the other authorities.
