We, every house/flat, pay Garbage Cess to BBMP along wid property-tax annually, even then garbage collector van charging here in our locality between 100 to 2000.
In presence of MLA, we complained to BBMP authority last-month & result is they set new deal wid odr residents in my absence for 600/-.
My neighbours started negotiation from 1200/- and finally garbage collector agreed to 600INR.
