In BARODA (INDIA)...There is a skywalk which connects railway station to other side to cross the road, but its in such a bad shape.. There is no cleaning of this skywalk. It stinks so bad that its not possible to put foot there. The municipality over here is just Hopeless.. They just collect tax to fill in their pockets...
